Store the seeds in a cool, dry place until you start growing them. The growing kit should be stored away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Storage: Consume harvested microgreens within a few days to ensure freshness.
Allergies: People with known allergies to the plants contained should exercise caution.

Follow the instructions provided to sow the seeds in the growing containers with the substrate. Always keep the substrate moist and place the containers in a bright place without direct sunlight. After a few days, the seeds will start to germinate and within 7 to 14 days the microgreens will be ready to harvest. Cut the young plants just above the substrate and use them fresh in your favorite dishes.
