Return period

You have 14 days from receipt of your item to initiate a return.

Conditions for returns

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Return process

  • To start your return, please visit our returns portal at this link .
  • Enter your order number and your email address.
  • Follow the instructions to obtain a return label.

Shipping costs for returns

  • The cost of returning the item is to be borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or faulty upon receipt.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • For approved returns due to damage or defects in the product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items

  • Some items are not returnable:
    • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants)
    • Personalized items
    • Hygiene products if they have been opened
    • Gift and voucher cards

Exchange of articles

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@mygoodfeeling.de.
