Shipping conditions

1. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value and delivery location. The exact shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and during checkout.

For large, heavy and bulky products such as soil, surcharges of €3.50 apply.

2. Delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on the product and delivery location. The estimated delivery time for each order is provided during checkout. Delivery within Germany usually takes 2-5 working days. International deliveries can take 7-14 working days.

3. Shipping service provider

We work with the renowned shipping service provider DHL to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. In addition, we ship with DHL GoGreen, a climate-neutral shipping service that protects the environment. In this way, we actively contribute to reducing our ecological footprint and protecting the environment. 4. Shipping confirmation and shipment tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online at any time. You can find the tracking portal here .

5. Delivery areas

6. Customs duties and taxes

International orders may incur additional duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the seller. These costs are not included in the shipping costs and are collected by the customs authorities of the respective delivery country.

7. Undeliverable shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of acceptance or other circumstances for which the customer is responsible, we reserve the right to charge the return costs and additional shipping costs.

8. Damaged or lost shipments

If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact our customer service immediately. We will investigate the case and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.

9. Returns
